Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. would like to inform to the public that PPSP had fully taken over Sahas E&C Co., Ltd, who was a subsidiary of PPSP, held 60% of the shares and 40% of the shares held by LCH, under the approval of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia on 18 March 2021. The new shareholding was registered with the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on 11 May 2021, Sahas E&C Co., Ltd. is fully owned by PPSP from now on. Currently, we are waiting for the approval letter of transferring Tax from General Department of Taxation (GDT). Please be informed accordingly. |
