 The founder, Lok Chumteav Oknha Lim Chhiv Ho, who is now the ex-chairman of PPSP Group, has decided to resign and changeover the chairmanship to the next suitable available candidate, Mr. Tan Kak Khun, who has been sitting in our board as Non-Executive Director (NED) and with the PPSP Group since 2011/2012 before he was formally appointed as our NED. It is in her believe that the new Chairman, Mr. Tan Kak Khun, has the knowledge and background operating experience in PPSEZ PLC and related industries in real estate and property development, is able to assist and contribute his knowledge and experience in this business to assist PPSP Group growing further with sustainable operations. Mr. Tan Kak Khun has been in the PPSP Group very actively as NED in the past, attending some of the meetings within our subsidiaries and associate companies as invitee to attend the Operational Meeting such as in BOK SENG PPSEZ Dry Port, Colben Energy PPSEZ, and few other subsidiaries of PPSP including the Executive Committee (EXCO) Meetings where there were some areas required his inputs or, contributions. Therefore he is regarded as one of the closest candidates available for the new Chairmanship considered by the board during this changeover process. The board, as well as our shareholders, have granted the permission with shareholders' resolution passed during the recent AGM 2019 for the change of chairman, looking forward to have more resourceful and contribution to the board as Non-Executive-Chairman of PPSP, to grow the business to another level in the very near future, by Mr. Tan Kak Khun. As for Lok Chumteav Oknha Lim Chhiv Ho, after more than three (3) decades of her continuous contributions and hard works in all her businesses in the private sector, she needs some decent moments to step down from her position as successful business woman, to have more times now with her families.
