Phnom Penh SEZ Plc (PPSP) wishes to announce that the Company, has received a Filing of Notice of Arbitration from Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited (AGHL) dated 19th November 2020. PPSP has a joint venture company Colben Energy (Cambodia) PPSEZ Limited (CEZ) with AGHL which is involved in the generation and supply of power to the Special Economic Zone. The Arbitration has been referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. PPSP is currently seeking professional legal advice and will make further announcements on any material development on this matter. As mentioned above, investors and the public are well informed. |
