1.  The Cambodia Securities Exchange ("the CSX") is a public enterprise which is established to operate the securities exchange in Cambodia. The CSX is seeking proposals from Event Management Company (local/internationals) interested in providing service organizing of the CSX's event (My First Stock 2019) which will be held at AEON mall.

2.  Bid method:

      A. The bid price document shall be included the details of costing and related documents for the event preparation design, and be submitted in the sealed envelope where the seal or signature is affixed thereon.

      B. The contract is awarded after the negotiation with the priority negotiation partner.

3.  Acceptance of bid application

      A. Submission deadline: No later than 5:00 PM, December 19th, 2018 (by personal visit or via postal service)

      C. The sealed envelope will be opened on 20th December 2018.

      D. Event Management Company shall conduct the presentation on 21st December 2018.
