On Thursday, April 30, 2020, RMA (Cambodia) Plc. and Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) organized an official bond listing ceremony of RMA (Cambodia) Plc. presided over by H.E Sou Socheat, Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC). The bond of RMA (Cambodia) Plc. named “RMAC Bond” which is a guaranteed bond with total offering size of KHR 80 Billion (approximately USD 20 Million), 5.5% coupon rate per annum and five-year maturity date starting from April 9, 2020 to April 9, 2025.
