Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (To be officially amended) would like to inform all shareholders on the amendment on the Total Dividend and Dividend per share of Khmer Riel that base on the exchange rate on the day of the BOD meeting which was on November 11, 2022. Thus, our company would like to amend on the dividend distribution for the year 2021 to be proposed during EGM as below: 1. Type of dividend: Cash 2. Period of dividend: annually 2021 3. Dividend payout ratio: 40% 4. Total dividend: KHR 3,171,586,647 or USD 765,529 (Base on the Exchange rate on November 11, 2022) 5. Dividend per share: KHR 44.126 or 0.0106508 USD 6. Record date: November 18, 2022 (The same date as EGM’s Record date) 7. Payment date from: December 06, 2022- December 14, 2022 Note: 1. This decision will be confirmed or approved during our EGM 2. The list of shareholders who are entitled will be from the temporary list prepared on December 16, 2022; 3. Shareholders who SELL the share(s) on November 17, 2022 will STILL be entitled to get this dividend; 4. Shareholders who BUY the share(s) on November 17, 2022 will NOT be entitled to get this dividend; 5. Dividend payment will start from December 06, 2022- December 14, 2022 on every working day; |
