Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (To be officially amended) would like to inform shareholders that a minor typo error on the Financial Statement 2022 in Khmer as at December 31, 2022, as disclosed on March 28, 2023 and April 04,2023, on Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) website. The Company Statement of cash Flow in Financial Statement 2022 as at December 31, 2022 (Brackets on depreciation of the property, plant and equipment) was inconsistent between Khmer and English of Financial Statement 2022 as at December 31, 2022. The Company would like to correct the error inadvertently typed in parentheses from (1,211,562) to 1,211,562 on page 19 in Financial Statement 2022 in Khmer as at December 31, 2022, as detailed attached. |
