On Tuesday June 27, 2023, Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) and CAMGSM PLC. (Cellcard) co-hosted Official Listing Ceremony presided over by H.E. Dr. Hean Sahib, Minister attached to the Prime Minister, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Chairman of the CSX. Please note that CAMGSM (cellcard) is one of the large telecommunications service providers for 27 years (established in 1996). CAMGSM is the first company to list on CSX in 2023 with a total number of listed shares of approximately KHR 21 billion or USD 5.2 million, an IPO price of KHR 2,270 per share, with a special offer to the public shareholders who are the company's customers, a minimum dividend guarantee of 7% for 5 years (quarterly payment).
